Service Description

DAF Directory is an AI agent tools directory with automated scoring operated by Woodstock Software LLC. The directory indexes AI development tools and rates them using the Dark Factory Score, an AI-generated capability assessment.

Scores and Evaluations

Dark Factory Scores are AI-generated evaluations of tool capabilities. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees of quality. Scores reflect our AI's assessment of a tool's autonomy capabilities at the time of evaluation.

Tool makers can dispute scores through our submission process. We re-evaluate tools when significant updates are released or when additional context is provided.

Free and Paid Tiers

The directory is free to browse. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) provide additional features including API access, comparison reports, and featured listings. Paid tiers are governed by Stripe's billing terms.

User Submissions

By submitting tool information to the directory, you grant Woodstock Software LLC the right to use that information to improve and maintain the directory, including displaying it publicly and processing it with AI services.

Intellectual Property

Tool information displayed in the directory is publicly available. Dark Factory Scores, score breakdowns, and AI-generated rationales are proprietary to Woodstock Software LLC.

Limitation of Liability

The directory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Woodstock Software LLC is not liable for decisions made based on Dark Factory Scores or any information in the directory.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
